I photographed my friend Maddi at Barr Lake with some new filters and prisms!
Maddi is an amazing friend so I’m glad I got the chance to hang out with her! I’m thankful for friends who let me try some new things. 2021 is the year of trying new photography things for me! I want to make people feel things when they see my photos.
We went to Barr Lake—on a clear day you can see the mountains from there! I hope to kayak or paddleboard this summer there.
It was super windy but that made these photos even better in my opinion 😉
Then we went back to my neighborhood, which faces this big field (that will surely soon be overrun with residential and commercial development) that I’ve been wanting to use to photograph for a while. You can kind of see a storm coming in!
Some of these give me Hunger Games vibes and some give me Taylor Swift Lover vibes.
