Hi, I’m Vivian! I’m an Oklahoma-raised, candy-loving, wannabe hiker & climber, dog-momming, enneagram type 2. I take photos of nature-loving couples & new families!
Fun facts:
I’m REALLY good at remembering names, I rarely use sauce/dressing with fries and salads, I sang Landslide by Fleetwood Mac in my elementary school talent show with some friends (I realize now that it’s super heavy for an 8 year old to be singing??), I can eat 7 slices of pizza (funner fact: this said “people” instead of pizza for months until my friend caught it) at once (#7slicesaturday was my college thing), I SUCK at Jeopardy and trivia, I was afraid of dogs until a few years ago, Austin and I visited 10 national parks in 2016, in 5th grade I once ate a random gusher off the cafeteria floor that was there when we got there, I dressed up as a chicken for my college senior picture, and I am horrible at deception games but LOVE playing. Can you relate??
Regular facts:
My husband Austin and I moved to Denver in early 2019 from the San Francisco Bay Area to be closer to family! I’m from suburban Oklahoma, and he’s from rural Colorado. We have 2 dogs—Charley (named after John Steinbeck’s dog) and Rascal. We just finished watching Parks and Rec, and I love it more than The Office!
Austin and I met at Stanford through our campus ministry. We got married in 2017 at the Los Altos History Museum, where there were tractors and an apricot orchard in the middle of a busy kind of urban area. It felt perfect for us because sometimes we felt out of place in the craziness of the San Francisco area.
I’m a product manager by day—a product manager’s job is to help delight the customer, so that applies here too!
Since I’ve coordinated weddings, assisted the best coordinator ever, been a bridesmaid a few times, and gotten married, if you’re a bride, I know what you’re going through! I’ll be sure to capture your day with all the unseen, treasured moments you’ll look back on forever.
